Wendi Fraley
Wendi Fraley is the Women of Wildwood Ministry Coordinator, as well as the Director of Projects, at Wildwood Calvary Chapel.
As a young girl, Wendi grew up in a Christian home where the Word was the template for living. At the age of seven, her family moved from the farmlands of Minnesota to sunny California. In 1985, she and Chris met at Banning High School where they both attended. In 1990, the couple was married. Wendi served alongside Chris in youth ministry. They were blessed to have three beautiful children: two boys, Tyler and Sawyer, and a girl, Tori.
In the fall of 2004, Wendi took on the role of women’s ministry coordinator. The Lord laid it on her heart to develop a practical ministry that women of all walks of life could attend and be fed.
Wendi’s passion for leading the women of Wildwood is evident in the love that she shows for them. She loves to teach, write curriculum, and plan events for the ladies.
Charlene Marlette
Charlene Marlette grew up attending church with her family from the age of two. She has beautiful memories of learning God’s Word at a young age. While attending a Christian summer camp, she accepted Christ as her personal Savior. Yet, jr. high was extremely difficult for her. Although filled with rebellion and waywardness, she attributes her faith to those years; when God relentlessly pursued her with His love and mercy. In her senior year of high school, she re-dedicated her life to Christ and accepted His call for ministry.
Her passion for foreign missions was fostered by her parents and reinforced by mission trips her family took to Mexico. After high school, she spent a month in Hungary — her passion growing even more. In Twin Peaks, California, she attended Calvary Chapel Bible College. There, she met and married her husband. Together they have four children and two grandchildren. As missionaries, they have been to over seven countries and held numerous ministry positions. Charlene loves teaching God’s Word and says, “I have no greater joy or purpose than sharing my love for Christ and His Word.”
Amanda Milian
Amanda Milian has attended Wildwood Calvary Chapel with her family since 2015. She and her husband, Pastor Mike, are both on staff at Wildwood and have served in various ministries across the campus. They have been blessed with three wonderful children.
Raised in a Christian home, Amanda accepted Christ as her Savior at the age of ten. It was not until she was an adult, however, that she learned what it meant to truly surrender everything to Him. She rededicated her life to Jesus and committed to submit to His Lordship. It has been a wonderful, wild ride, and she has never looked back!
Amanda has a passion for teaching and learning new things. She considers it one of the greatest privileges of her life to be entrusted by God to share His Word!
Courtney Milbrandt
Courtney Milbrandt was raised in a Christian home where serving others for the glory of God was a core family value. In 2003, her family moved to Beaumont, where they found their church home at Wildwood Calvary Chapel—a place that would become a cornerstone in her spiritual journey.
Since beginning to attend women’s Bible study in the fall of 2009, Courtney has had the joy of serving in a variety of ministries. In each season, from participant to teacher (beginning in spring 2021), God has deepened her love for His Word and His people. Ministry has always been a place of joy and growth, and she continues to walk through each open door with a heart willing to serve.
For 34 years, Courtney lived a life of singleness, learning to embrace the beauty and purpose of that season. In God’s perfect timing, He brought Danny—a man after His own heart—into her life. They were married in 2025, and Courtney is now joyfully embracing her newest role as a wife and a bonus mom to his four beautiful children.
Courtney’s heart is to encourage women in every season of life, pointing them back to the faithfulness of a God who writes the best stories—far better than we could ever imagine.
Summer San Lucas
Summer San Lucas is thankful to be a part of the Women of Wildwood body! She and her husband, Tony, have been married since 2003 and have two children. Summer accepted Jesus at a young age at a Keith Green concert and was raised in a home where living with Jesus was everything.
Summer, Tony, and the kids attended Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside for seventeen years, where they led a married couples fellowship in their home for ten years before moving to Wildwood Calvary Chapel in 2019.
Over the years, Summer can see how the Lord has been preparing her for teaching in women’s ministry. She is passionate about sharing her love for Jesus, her excitement for the Word, and her Biblical application with the ladies at Wildwood.
Laura Cowen
Laura Cowen has attended Wildwood Calvary Chapel since 2013. She has two wonderful sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren, all of whom are walking with Jesus.
She was raised in a loving family that went to a denominational church, mostly out of tradition. As a teenager she rebelled and lived in the muck and mire of selfish, sinful choices. She had heard the gospel as a child, but it took a series of encounters with Jesus before she surrendered her life to Him at 17 years old, only 6 months after getting married. Through the years and many trials of life, including divorce and a battle with breast cancer, her love for her Savior has only grown deeper.
Laura has been involved in women’s ministry at Wildwood since 2021. She loves the Word of God and desires to be an encouragement to others who are growing in relationship with Him.
MJ Turner
Mary Jane “MJ” Turner has attended Wildwood since 2008. She has made movies with Disney, assisted missionaries in remote places of the world, run a website business and built a business in Yucaipa training dogs. Now retired she lives on five acres with four dogs, nine sheep and nine chickens.
Jill Isaac
Jill Isaac has been a faithful attendee of Wildwood Calvary Chapel for over 22 years, attending since the church's early days when it was still a mobile fellowship meeting in parks and schools. During that time, she joyfully served by leading the Little Blessings ministry, nurturing young children and their mommies in God's Word. Wildwood has been her beloved home church, shared alongside her husband, Reid Isaac, who serves as principal of Wildwood Christian Academy—a school they helped establish with a shared vision for Christ-centered education. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Christian Education and bringing years of experience in Christian teaching, Jill is a devoted mother of four and passionate about discipling others. She loves teaching God's Word and has a deep desire to see the truth of the Gospel transform lives. It is her great pleasure to serve in the teaching rotation for the women's ministry at this vibrant church, encouraging women to grow in faith, shine brightly for Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit, and draw closer to our Heavenly Father.
